Tse conceived the event while attending a Spiritual Marketing Quest in May 2011. She went on the quest to gain insights for her reflexology practice and instead left with an epiphany that she was meant to lead a movement to empower Asian women. Thus, the Lotus Blossoming Telesummit was born.

In less than 6 weeks, Tse organized the entire event from scratch--everything from recruiting speakers to building the website. As a full-time mom to a toddler, she had just two hours each evening to work on the event (and do laundry, wash dishes, prep meals, spend time with her husband and friends, and find some ?me time? too).

Tse said, ?I felt like I was being guided by a force greater than myself to create the Lotus Blossoming Telesummit. I followed my heart and it allowed me to make this event happen in such a short time with ease and grace.?
