Local Park Slope business owner and operator Alex Goldberg aka "The Baby Whisperer," as he has been dubbed, has lost 110 lbs using his own medicine.
In 1999, feeling fed up with being overweight and struggling with daily bouts of fatigue, exhaustion, and insomnia, Alex began the journey of weight loss. He began getting acupuncture, taking Chinese herbal formulas, and became a vegetarian. In one year he lost 60 pounds. Since then he has lost another 50 pounds. And guess what...not one pound was ever lost by working out, going to the gym or doing any other form of exercise. He lost over 100 pounds by simply eating right and incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
